Those grow dense enough to shade out everything under them. Our mini skid steer fits through a standard fence gate, so back yard work is in reach. A whole grown-up boundary is fence line clearing and gets priced on its own.
We come out and look at the trees first. You point out what goes and what stays. We check where the machine gets in and where the material can go. Then you get a price and a date.
Trees come down one at a time into open ground. Shrubs get cut low, then the roots come out where we can reach them. The mini skid steer moves material as we go, so the yard stays passable. Limbs can run through the drum mulcher and stay on site as mulch.
The rest leaves with us in the dump trailer. If there is other junk to go with it, our debris removal takes it on the same load. A cut tree leaves a stump, and stump grinding puts that below grade so the spot mows flat.
Price follows the work in front of us. How many trees and how big they are is the first piece. A row of scrubby saplings comes out faster than two mid-size hardwoods. Access is next, since a gate the machine fits through beats dragging material a hundred feet.
Where the debris ends up moves the number too. Mulching on site is quicker than loading a trailer and running to a dump. Wet clay slows a job after heavy rain, and we would rather wait a day than rut up a yard. When a whole lot is grown over, land clearing is the better fit.
