Fence line clearing gets a grown up fence row back to a line you can see and use. Privet and honeysuckle move in first, then vines climb the wire and volunteer trees push up through it. Gates stop swinging. We cut the growth back along the line and clean the ground underneath.

A fence line is the one strip nobody mows. The mower stops a foot short of the wire, so that strip turns into a seed bed. Birds on the fence drop seed right along it.
Southeast Tennessee grows brush hard from spring to fall. Privet takes hold along the wire and honeysuckle fills in behind it. Kudzu and other vines climb anything standing, and cedar volunteers come up in the row. Two or three seasons later, the fence is a hedge.
Cutting the row back opens the line again. You get your boundary and sight line back. You get room to run a mower or a trailer down it. If the whole lot is grown up, land clearing is the better fit.
A right of way or an easement is a strip somebody has to get through. That might be a driveway easement to a back lot, a power line strip, or a shared lane. When it grows shut, the strip stops working.
Right of way clearing and easement clearing run the same way as fence row clearing. We cut the strip to a width you set and keep it even from end to end. The drum mulcher grinds brush and small trees into chips that stay put. Anything you want gone can ride out on the dump trailer with our debris hauling.
Work along a line is tight work, and our mini skid steer is built for it. It goes through a standard gate, so a back boundary is reachable without pulling a fence panel. Where the line opens into a field, the rotary brush cutter takes the wide stuff, like bush hogging a pasture.
Three things set the price. Length is the first one. A hundred feet of fence row and a quarter mile are different jobs. We measure before we quote.
How thick the row is comes next. Waist high brush cuts fast in one pass. A row packed with vines, old privet, and grown cedar takes more passes. Stumps in the line are their own item. Stump grinding takes them below grade if you want the row mowable.
